The apartment is comfortable, has more than enough space, and is right by Riyadh, The Lebanese resturant, and downtown. Staff are outstandingly accommodating, they are doing nice job. Amazing service is a plus. Its bathroom has a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and terrycloth bathrobes. The location is good, situated near to business parks.

It has really good facilities and overall the place is fairly clean. Thanks to all of the excellent staff for the very good service.

We've stayed there for 1 night, everything was really good, don't miss it. It had everything needed including a safe, an iron, and an electronic key card, rooms were beautifully designed.

The location was marvellous near by center, and had everything you needed. Further, we were close enough to downtown, The Lebanese resturant as choice and restaurant.

my recent stay in riyadh exceeded expectations. ascott went above and beyond to make my family's stay comfortable. the two-bedroom suite was spacious, perfect for children. the fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. the helpful and friendly staff, like ms. nada, made our stay memorable. we'll definitely be back.

Slow and unresponsive reception.

The property was excellent and clean and had all basic amenities. The kitchenette had a coffee maker, refrigerators and an oven, so perfect for us.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my Christmas stay. The room service was prompt and I really enjoyed the food and beverages offered. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key locations in the area. the gym and swimming pool facilities were commendable, providing a good space for relaxation and exercise.

the swimming pool was too cold for enjoyment, even when the sun was out. It would have been better if the hotel had maintained a warmer temperature.
